My name is Julia, and I teach Polish and Russian. My journey with languages began through travel and music, which made me realize how deeply language is connected with culture. I started my studies at UMCS in Lublin and completed my master’s degree at the University of Gdańsk. I am currently pursuing postgraduate studies in teaching Polish as a foreign language.
In my lessons, I treat language like a melody, which is why I put great emphasis on songs, podcasts, and short films. This way, my students not only learn new words and grammar rules but also pronunciation, idiomatic expressions, and everyday language.

My experience with Slavic languages such as Russian, Serbian, Ukrainian, and Bulgarian allows me to notice subtle nuances and adapt the learning process to each student’s individual needs. I design my lessons based on students’ goals and interests rather than rigid frameworks. I work with complete beginners as well as those who want to improve their conversational skills.
